Hi, I am starting out with m2t files from a FX-1, rendering to Cineform avi and then encoding to flv via Sorenson. I am using Brightcove to host the video an am looking for ways to tweak quality.

I am rendering 480 x 272, Speed- Best, Sharpness 10, de-interlace, etc, etc.

I know this is a generalized question. But what are the best settings for quality without making a file that won't load fast? What VBR setting can I get away with, how about min and max quality settings?

Anything you can do to shed some light on the situation would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!!

I think that you have to use latest video codec supported FLV format.

For example, AVS. You can try to convert video use VideoCharge Studio for it.
